Do you mean the leader of this forum? the leader is actually called administrator, who is the one register this forum and modify it. Moderators are something like the assistant of admin, moderator can edit, delete, move, pin the post of the members, admin will do so. Something like the person who is responsible to guide this forum.
PS Collab is mostly for video, it stand for pen spinning collaboration.
