MyPSC

You can only give +1 or 1 or -1 rating only to your trade partner for each trade and only for international, inter-state and intra-state postage trades that is done through MyPSC, that means you PM to each other in MyPSC to trade, not in other forums or websites. Trades that are made face-to-face and gifts will not be counted. Even if you're very very satisfied/unsatisfied, you cannot give +2 or -2 to your trade partner for 1 trade.

Oversea spinners who registered as MyPSC members and trade in MyPSC Market, your name and reputation will be shown in a separate list to avoid confuses and other members can know who trade from overseas.

How to give rating/feedback?
Please reply to this thread, I'll update from time to time. You can give +1(positive, satisfied/very satisfied), 1(neutral, not satisfied but also not unsatisfied) or -1(negative, unsatisfied/very unsatisfied) rating to your trade partner. Please post you and your trade partner's states and whether you're trader/seller/buyer.
Optional - You can add some feedback/comment.

Not necessary you have to wait your partner to rate you then only you rate your partner. It is all about how much you satisfied with the trade with your trade partner rather than is a rating/feedback exchange. But of course, if you are satisfied with the trade, don't be lazy to give positive rating to your trade partner.
