you mean when you take the cap off the front part of the papermate pen comes out too? if thats the case you filed down a bit too much.. xP add a LITTLE bit of tape to the screws, that might work
or maybe you're talking about the front of the PSquare mx that has the two clicker peices? That will definitely not come out because it is screwed in..
