Tutorial:
Parts needed:

2x Papermate Sport 2 pens/ Papermate Pacer/Papermate Expressions
1x G1 tip
1x Supergel/ Neogel cap
1x G2 grip or any other grip that fits onto the pen
Step 1:

Disassamble the two papermate pens. Discard/keep the unused parts shown in the picture.
Step 2:

File down the part where the grip used to be so that it can fit into the Supergel cap. Also, file down the threads a little bit so it can fit on the unthreaded side of the body.
Step 3:

Wrap some tape around the inktube around the part shown in the picture.
Step 4:

Put the inktube into the part part you shaved down earlier. *optional: put an outsert where the grip used to be*
Step 5:

Put the supergel/neogel cap onto it.
Step 6:

Place the entire back section onto one of the papermate bodies (the end without the threads)
Step 7:

Now take the other thing that used to hold the papermate grip, replace it with your grip of choice which I used a G2.
Step 8:

Screw the G1 tip onto the umm.. thing like shown.
Step 9:

Then take two of the shorter clicker pieces, put them together like shown.
Step 10:

Place the two clicker pieces like shown.
Step 11:
Screw the front part in and congrats, you have made my mod.
*OPTIONAL STEPS*
-Wrap an outsert around the body for looks
-File down the clip on the Supergel cap and place Anyball/Profile (or any other grips) there.
End result:

Congrats, you have now a cheap, writable single sided mod. Go spin with it and write with it!
*UPDATE*
Think my mod is just too short? WEll, good news.
