okay.. this is a tutorial
for a Retractable Namae...
and the important is...
'Malaysian Version'...

well...before i started i want to introduce the
retractable mechanism that i use in this mod...
its 'MgM e-joy 988'..
this is its pict...



i chose it because its retractable mechanism can be
pull out....

okay... lets get started...

MATERIALS
_________

1 Double Capped Namae
1 MgM e-joy 988(retractable mechanism)
2 or more Sailor gel.
2 signo tip.
1 ink(not gel ink)but i use g-soft ink.
optional:g-soft out tube..

and some tool and tape..

CONSTRUCTION

1.drill a hole on the above of the
one namae's cap to fit the ink tube
on it.


2.then,take another namae cap and remove the
plug in it..and make a hole like these pict...


make sure to file down the 'thing' inside it...

3.then, put signo tip onto the removed plug and
put some cellophane tap on it..and it will
look like this:

and put the signo tip on the other cap...

ps:make sure that the ink can smoothly going through into
the hole before put the tip...or NOT, the tip will be hard
to remove again....

4.now, take the MgM pen and remove its retractable mech..

and the retract. mech. should look like this


5.take the namae body and take out the whole in
the body and wash inside it..
then, cut the front tip into like this....(0.6cm)


6.take the ink tube and cut into 12.6 cm in length...
i put the g-soft out tube on the inktube to make the tube a little bit
tougher...
it should look like this:

and put some cellophane tap to hold the spring on the ink tube..

7.okay,...for the next step is put the some cellophane
tape on the R.M. and put it into the namae back body
like shown
then, put the R.M. back plug into the namae back plug that
tipped with signo tip..( argh....pening... )
or as like shown...

8.then, put some cellophane tape at both of the
end of the namae body....
okay then, gather all the parts...


9.for the next step,... put all of the parts like in the
following diagram...:



10.and finally,...youre done!!!
this is the finale result!!?!!?XD


actually its pretty hard to make than seeing it in the pict...
haha...i'm sure that i have wrote a long essay....
with a ridiculous and boring picture!!!!!

@ChronoX: You can try to find in popular, i saw popular in penang sold some MGM pens before, but i don't know whether got e-joy 988 or not.

actually....i found that pen in Mydin Wholesale Market at USJ...
seeing from here, i get it from a regular market....
soooo, the possibility for it to be found at the another
market or somewhere else is high..maybe at 70%-80%
haha...just guessing about that....

@Cyshing:its COP=COG should be the same...
because, from here you see that the R.M. is not too
heavy because its only a small parts...
plus you will add some spring at the other end...
sooo, the spring and the R.M. will approximately
have a same weights....
i make it and its COG is at the Center Of Pen!!!
well,...its still needs some adjusting...
the words 'mod pen' related to the pen that we
need to adjust..haha...

whr 2 find namae pens??..im in kl..can any1 help?

but if you want to find it on your own,...
you should find 'Daiso'..haha

tips for hollowing namae cap? and your tutorial isnt really clear, i dont get it. lol how does the inktube stick out? i dont see an opening for it.. =P
