the paper u still cant use for other things
u still can print insert using the same paper but put it the other way.....

if you really want to save the trees, print like, 5-6 inserts in one go on one full page.
or you could use the extra paper to write down notes in class
or just recyle. ==

You can use normal paper cutter(or sometimes called art knife) to cut grip and the cap. Another way, you also can use fingernail cutter to cut the clip on cap 1st then use normal cutter to clean up the left part.

About the insert, you cut a piece of waste paper and try to put inside and make a mark then measure the length and width. Then you only print/draw your insert according to the size.

actually, the clip is the easiest thing to remove. lol. you just take it and twist it off. then use a cutter to cut off the excess plastic. very simple. =) saves time instead of using sandpaper which is so dirty and annoying. =.=
