Is the twisted sonic multiple bust is just like twisted sonic bust plus continuos bak rev or something else ???

I can't seem to find a good tutorial video. Any good suggestion ?

twisted sonic multiple bust is

twisted sonic 23-12 > bakrev/bust/flia/or anything you call it > bust > bust > bust > bust > bust......

if you want to learn multiple busts, you should learn to do a bust until 100% sucess rate.
follow eso's tutorial for this

i will never learn multiple bust,this is so impossible to me T>T
i have 95% success rate of doing twisted sonic bust
but 0.0% of multiple bust
my finger so cacat...

You can do it ! you must practise more if you want to did multiple bust.
